India at present is dealing with Structural compliance vs. ethical transformation of corporate houses, be it Family based organizations, or others.
India at present is dealing with Structural compliance vs. ethical transformation of corporate houses, be it Family based organizations, or others. Doing business with responsibility is the need of the hour to build trust in all stakeholders. Country at present is witnessing corruption, money laundering, tax evasion in all sections of society as a result trust does not exist in the entire system.
There are simple steps which can make India leaders among economically developed nations: Digitalisation will give equal right to everyone in country irrespective of creed, cast or income. In the structurally compliant company, the internal audit system can do the whistle blowing. Anonymous complaints can become another route to raise alarms within the company and outside as well. Registering such complaint can be made formal and later can be stringently checked for its fake request by authorised personnel.
This will improve transparency & merge the existing duality.
