Dr. Himagiri Gedela, has an extensive background in the Aerospace & Defence Public Sector spanning over Two Decades. He played a pivotal role in the Indigenous Aircraft programs, driving growth initiatives in diverse planning and operational capacities. Currently stationed at HAL Management Academy, in addition to engaging in projects, business development and offering internal consultancy to various divisions of HAL, he also dedicates his expertise to the strategic training of officers. He holds a Doctorate in Management and Post Graduation in Operations & Supply Chain Management from IIM (NITIE) Mumbai with Graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Independent Director. Dr. Himagiri seamlessly blends his roles as a Management professional and an Academician with a genuine passion for an array of interests including Micro Arts, Martial Arts, Sports and Carnatic Music.
